Apply generously and evenly across your cleansed face, neck, and chest, at least 15 minutes before sun exposure. Allow your skin to absorb the SPF before considering additional applications. For increased coverage, gradually add more as needed. Reapply at least every 2 hours, especially if swimming or perspiring. If you're in the water or sweating, choose a water-resistant sunscreen. Sun Protection Measures: Spending time in the sun heightens your risk of skin cancer and premature skin aging. To mitigate this risk, follow these sun protection practices: Limit sun exposure, especially during the peak hours of 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Wear protective gear like hats, sunglasses, long-sleeved shirts, and pants.
